St. Lucia is an english speaking island about midway down the eastern caribbean, just northwest of Barbados. It is noted for its Grand Pitons, two small moutains right on the shoreline. We have been to this island once, on a cruise aboard the Seaward. The water is warm and clear, the fish friendly enough to eat out of your hand, and the rum good. It is a nice quiet little place that is nice to visit.
